Our challenge takes more than to hold a Rotary International Convention.
Our challenge is to have in Lisbon a milestone International Convention ever.
Portugal loves challenges:
In the 15th century someone said that the world ended in cape of good oath, and we proved that there was a way to India.
In the 16th century we discovered Brazil, went to Asia, China and Japan, and spread our culture of tolerance, and sympathy to all people that we met.
Our Rotary Convention in Lisbon will be our harbor for peace, building new friendships and setting the path for Rotary’s success.

I am in charge promoting the Convention for Distrikt 1800. Will it fit in with the plenary sessions to arrive June, 23rd ant to leave Jun 26th? Will it be possible to book the first / second seating to get the flights needed? Thank you – Joachim Vice President Goettingen-Muenden, Distrikt 1800
Given that the convention site is away from the city centre, will there be shuttle transport back and forth? We are very keen to come. Any pre-excursions planned?

Um novo Districto 9102 sera officialmente chartered em Lisboa o Districto involve 4 paises Ghana ,Benin ,Togo, Niger com 48 clubes e 1400 Rotarios . O primeiro governador deste novo districto e do Ghana ,como tal a participacao maxima de membros deste Districto e de enorme importancia .
